How to start our escape games?
The procedure differs slightly depending on whether you have:
- Procedure A: You ORDERED the game from our e-shop.
- Procedure B: You have a VOUCHER for the game from a discount portal.
- Procedure C: You have our GIFT VOUCHER for the game.
Procedure A) You ORDERED the game from our e-shop? ✓
Then you received an automatic INFORMATIONAL EMAIL with a link to the game instructions.
Starting the game:
Step 1) Click on the "GAME START INSTRUCTIONS" button or the URL LINK, which you will find in the email you received. You will be redirected to the page with detailed game instructions.
Step 2) Teammates can join using the QR code or by sharing the URL link.
Step 3) Start the game by clicking the "START GAME" button.
Procedure for starting an escape game after purchasing it
Procedure B) Do you have a VOUCHER from a discount portal? ✓
To start the game, you first need to redeem the UNIQUE CODE from your voucher on our e-shop.
Voucher redemption and game start:
Step 1) On this e-shop, add the game to your cart that your voucher applies to and proceed to checkout.
Step 2) Redeem the UNIQUE VOUCHER CODE at checkout (including the prefix before the dash). The voucher acts as a 100% discount on the game.
Procedure for redeeming a voucher from a discount portal
Step 3) Complete the order. We will immediately send you an automatic email with game start instructions.
Step 4) Start the game by clicking the "START GAME" button.
Procedure C) Do you have a GIFT VOUCHER for the game? ✓
To start the game, you need to use your UNIQUE 8-DIGIT CODE from the gift voucher.
Code activation and game start:
Step 1a) Click the button below on this page: "ENTER CODE AND PROCEED TO ESCAPE GAME INSTRUCTIONS"
Step 1b) Enter the UNIQUE 8-DIGIT CODE. You will be redirected to your game page with detailed game instructions.
Step 2) Teammates can join using the QR code or the same 8-digit code.
Step 3) Start the game by clicking the "START GAME" button.
