A charged smartphone (Android or iOS) with a standard web browser and an internet connection (mobile data). Approximately 20-50 MB of mobile data should suffice.

For more complex tasks, it's useful to have a pen and paper handy. If anything additional is needed, you will always find this information in the description of the individual games.

Choose a game in the Escape Games section, add it to your cart and order. You can pay for the selected game by card or another payment method, and then you will receive an email with instructions on how to start the game.

How to start the game:

Step 1) Click on the BUTTON / LINK to the website with instructions for the specific game in the email you received

Step 2) Add teammates with their own mobile device using a QR code

Step 3) Start the escape game by clicking the "START GAME" button

You can start the game practically immediately after ordering, i.e., as soon as you receive an email with the game launch link.

Before starting the game, please consider the weather forecast and the estimated game duration in your plan. This way, nothing unpleasant will surprise you, and you won't have to interrupt the game due to rain or catching the last subway ;-).

No, our application works online in a web interface. Therefore, there is no need to download any application, and a standard web browser on your mobile will suffice for playing. We will therefore not ask you for any permissions to access your device, as is common with other applications. Since this is an online application, you need to have mobile data enabled.

After paying for your order, you will automatically receive an email with a URL link to the page with instructions for your ordered game. On this page, the following is available for your teammates to join the game:

Yes, of course. Having to rely solely on your wits and not having a "friend on the phone" (apart from the hint system) also has its advantages.

Yes. Teammates can be added at any time during the game.

For each team, a separate game needs to be ordered, meaning number of teams = number of ordered games.

Our games are not time-limited. It is therefore entirely up to you whether you run between tasks or choose a more leisurely pace. However, time significantly determines your final result against other teams.

Some tasks may have a fixed time limit for their completion. If you do not meet it, you will usually face a point penalty or the story will deviate from the storyline offered when the task is completed within the time limit.

When planning your time, please consider the estimated game length. This will help you avoid, for example, the expected arrival of adverse weather or missing the last metro :)

Usually, all you need to do is refresh your web browser. This applies when you've just lost your mobile connection.

If your phone ran out of battery, you can restart the game in the same way you started it the first time once all issues are resolved.

No. Once you start the game, there is no going back. From this moment, your time and points begin to count.

You can pause the game at any time and then resume it at any time within 12 months of ordering, but you cannot play again from the beginning.

You can easily interrupt the game by simply stopping playing. There is no need to close your browser. This fact does not matter. However, it is important to remember that the time will count against you for the duration of your game interruption. The application cannot distinguish between when you are just thinking and when you are interrupting the game.

If you wish to continue a suspended game, simply log back into the game in the standard way, as you did when you first started it. The game will load from where you last left off.

For each task in the game, you collect points based on how many hints you take, how many mistakes you make, and finally, the time it takes to complete each task. More detailed information on how we evaluate results can be found here.
